Can I receive questions through app notifications instead of text?

How to change your delivery channel to app notifications:

1. Download Qeepsake’s mobile app. Click here to download for iOS and here to download for Android.

2. Log into your account.

3. Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner. Go to “Account & Settings” > “Question Settings.”

4. Click on the “Delivery Method” dropdown and choose “App Notification.” You’ll need to enable app notifications* if you haven't already.

5. Click “Save” in the upper right corner to save your changes.

To enable Qeepsake app notifications:

  • On Android: go to your phone settings > Apps and notifications > Qeepsake > grant app notifications
  • On iOS: go to your phone settings > Notifications > Qeepsake > turn on the toggle.
  • If that doesn't work, uninstall and re-install the mobile app and be sure to 'Enable notifications' when you log in.
