How do I reset my password or phone number?

To reset your account password, click the link here, or by clicking the “Forgot password?” button on the login page. A secure reset password link will be emailed to you. Note the reset link emailed to you expires in 24 hours.

To change or update your account phone number, please email support@qeepsake.com. We'll confirm your new number via text message for you to receive questions at this new number.
